Report help

If your report does not download, try opening the report page again and using Download PDF. If the issue continues, contact support with your browser, device, and the report link.

Billing help

For payment issues, include the checkout email and order reference if available. Never send full card details through email or support forms.

Privacy help

For data access, correction, or deletion requests, use the Delete My Data page or email support with enough information to locate your report.
