Payment Data
How payment-related information should be handled when paid GlowCheck reports or upgrades are enabled.
Payment processor
Card numbers and sensitive payment credentials should be handled by a payment provider, not stored directly by GlowCheck. GlowCheck may receive payment status, order IDs, product IDs, and receipt metadata.
Receipts and access
We may use payment confirmation data to unlock paid reports, send receipts, handle support requests, and prevent duplicate purchases.
Refund and billing support
For billing questions, include the email used at checkout and your order reference if available. Do not send full card numbers through support.
